A Legacy
of
Legal Experience
Established in 1993, the Law Offices of Suzanne E. Rogers began with a focus on representing small and mid-sized businesses, including financial institutions. With 30+ years in practice, Suzanne has built a legal career spanning business transactions, financial institution law, intellectual property, and media law.
Before establishing her firm, Suzanne served as a Staff Attorney and Senior Attorney with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, handling banking law, regulatory matters, enforcement actions, and related legal issues. Her career later expanded to include broader business transactional work, intellectual property law, and media law, supported by an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law earned with honors in 2017.
Suzanne also owned and operated commercial radio and television stations for nearly two decades, gaining firsthand experience in broadcasting, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day media operations. This background informs the firm's work across business, financial institution, intellectual property, and media matters.
Today, the firm brings together 70+ years of legal experience, grounded in practical knowledge and a commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal matters.
